Currently i am running a simple script that plays a welcome prompt to our customers when they call our agents, this works fine.
Now I have the request to play that message to our customers even in case a customer calls a normal user and that user tranfer the customer to an agent!
I have desined the script uploaded to cue but unfortunately the message only works when the customer calls directly to an agent, in case some other user tranfer the call to an agent the customer does not hear any message.
Unfortuantelly there is no debug option on the cue editor in order to monitor the process like previous versions!!!
Can you please give me some tips on how can I extract some debugs.
