Cue 7.0 script problem

Hi I am using nme cue 7.0 and cue editor 7.0.3.

Currently i am running a simple script that plays a welcome prompt to our customers when they call our agents, this works fine.

Now I have the request to play that message to our customers even in case a customer calls a normal user and that user tranfer the customer to an agent!

I have desined the script uploaded to cue but unfortunately the message only works when the customer calls directly to an agent, in case some other user tranfer the call to an agent the customer does not hear any message.


Unfortuantelly there is no debug option on the cue editor in order to monitor the process like previous versions!!!

Can you please give me some tips on how can I extract some debugs.

Can u have your normal user transfer the call to the script's pilot

instead of the agent?

Since that part works, this approach shd work as well.

If u can, share your script and we may be able to tell more.

Each agent has a cti port Partition with the same extension number configured is forwarding to the pilot number.

I have attached the script.
