The Customer have three number 7011, 7012, 7013 when 7011 busy it will forward to 7012, when 7012 is busy it will forward to 7013, when 7013 is busy or not picking up the call it is going to voice mail, the customer needs the DN 7013 should forward the call to voicemail only in non-office hours, in office hours the call should be in loop within 7011, 7012 & 7013.
The setup is CUCM 7.1 and CUE 7.0, could please light me how to achieve this solution.
