CUE 8 installed with CUCM 8.0

Hello,

I need some help to sort out an issue concerning the integration of CUE 8.0 with CUCM 8.0. I have configured the CTI ports and CTI route point in CUCM and all of them are registered.

When I issue the command "show ccn status ccm-manager" in CUE, the get the display that the CUE is registered to the CUCM.

CUE> show ccn status ccm-manager

JTAPI Subsystem is currently registered with Call Manager : 10.1.1.2

JTAPI version: 8.0 (1.10000) -3 Release

Route Point 7000: in service

CTI port 7010: idle

CTI port 7011: idle

However when call the CTI number, 7000, i get a busy tone after a delay of 2-3 seconds. I have already initialised the CUE during the initial installation.

Could you please advise where should i troubleshoot in order to sort out the issue?

Hello,

The system went on SRST mode and I tested by dialing the CTI route poiint number, 7000 and I don't encounter any issue. However when the CUE registers with the CUCM, I get the problem as per my previous post.

Can anyone shed some light here please.
