Can a CUE Auto-Attendant work without any "Call-in Number" configured?
Is there any chance the system might play some default .wav files in the default AA script when all extensions are busy & the call is forwarded to Voice Mail?

u can make custimized msg
in the phon level u have the option to forward the when the line is budy and when no answer to a number which should be a voice mail number such as cue

u have to have a number for voicemail to get it work

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible for CUE Auto-Attendant to play a customized message saying " all lines are currently busy" when no one is answering the call?
