CUE AA transfer to B-ACD script no sound

Hello Community,

I am having an issue with AA and B-ACD.

When a call comes in, it is sent to AA, which is only used to check the time. If the time falls between the opening hours, then transfer to the B-ACD script, running on the CME.

The caller then gets the menu prompt played, and they click their option. The user is then placed into the queue. They hear the MOH, and all is good.

Then the operator picks up the handset, and the call is connected. The call however is silent. No communication can be heard by either party.

I am able to tell when this is going to occur, as the terminal monitor shows the following:

VCC, mtp1 index, mtp2 index, stream1, stream2 = 0 0 5 6 VCC, mtp1 index, mtp2 index, stream1, stream2 = 0 0 6 5

Any Ideas?

Many Thanks!

Joe

I was able to reproduce this, using my mobile phone. I am able to hear the CME phone talking on my mobile, but the ip phone cannot hear the mobile phone.

Hello

Can you share the configuration of the CME ?.

Thanks

please rate all useful information

Hi,

Please find attached my config.

Joe

Hello

Can you find the below:-

dial-peer voice 2000 voip
 service aa
 destination-pattern 7000
 session target ipv4:192.168.0.218
 incoming called-number 7000
 no voice-class codec 1 offer-all
codec g711ulaw

thanks

please rate for all useful information

Thanks. I shall test it, and come back to you. BTW, I need dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric, as otherwise the user cannot select a menu option :)

I understand why it should be G711u, but As I have Voice Class Codec 1, I had presumed it would look through that for the correct codec? How come this is not the case?

Joe

I already added it back in.

The call is still single way audio though, sometimes...

Hello

 service aa
 destination-pattern 7000
session target ipv4:172.25.100.254  / i used the ip address of your CME/
 incoming called-number 7000
 no voice-class codec 1 offer-all
codec g711ulaw
 dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
 no vad

Can you elaborate on "sometimes"? Does this mean there is 2 way audio also?

Can you take packet captures on the router physical interface towards the WAN?

Here's a document on taking the captures:

supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-32870

I can confirm that some calls do have 2 way audio, and some do not.

This Log was the latest call to fall over!

Do these debugs help atall?

In these debugs, I'm not seeing the call go to the BACD script at all. It gets disconnected the moment CUE answered it. I don't see the transfer coming from the CUE to the BACD number.

Can you please do the test again and collect

debug voip ccapi inout

debug ccsip message

debug voip application script

Please find attached.

Really Really scratching my head on this now. Its hard to have a conversation that only goes one way :)

Been looking, could http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/620/fn62100.html have anything to do with it. I am running a 2811 Router, with Version 12.4(13r)T11
