CUE AIM Max session

Hi,

Q1) can i increase the max session from 6 to 10

Q2) i configured both voice mail and aa on cue. what i was able to do is to give 3 sessions for voicemail and 3 sessions for AA

can i make it 6 for voicemail and 6 for aa

ccn application voicemail

Hi,

Unity Express on AIM supports a maximum of 6 ports which cannot be upgraded. Thus you can not upgrade the MAX sessions from 6 to 10.

Out of these 6 ports you can have any combination of Voicemail and AA ports. You can't have 6 VM and 6 AA ports.

You'll need at lease NME-CUE in order to achieve this.
