CUE automatically detects the daylight savings based on the timezone selected in the set up (post install). You do not need to do or configure anything beyond the timezone info and the NTP servers where
the clock info is sourced from.
I have done some research and here are the IOS's that adopt new default summer-time rules from Energy Policy Act.
