So we have a client that is looking at using the AIM-CUE in a 3825 SRST router at a remote location. They want to use it for the Auto Attendant feature, basically to direct a main number to an Auto Attendant. That part is fairly easy to understand. They do have Unity Connection at the main site, but would prefer to use the AIM-CUE at the remote site.
The question that came up today is how many simultaneous calls can the AIM-CUE support? The AIM-CUE comes with 6 ports, so can 6 simultaneous inbound calls be handled by the AIM-CUE (assuming no VM setup)? If 6 simultaneous calls is the limit, what happens to the 7th call? Can it be sent to an operator default number?
