CUE - CCM integration

I am having trouble resolving a CUE issue. When I enter any commands in the ccn subsytem jtapi configuration mode, i continue to get an error that reads "operation not allowed with current installed" license. I am fairly new to the express applications, so this may be a simple resolution, but the assistance would be greatly appreciated. *Note- I did upgrade the license successfully, not sure if this is significant information. I received the same error before and after the upgrade.

CUE licenses are of two types. One that let you integrate with CME, which is mostly the default on all form factors of CUE. To integrate with CCM you will need to buy a license part number similar to SCUE-LIC-YYCCM where YY=12,25,50,100 etc. The count of YY is determined by how many mailboxes you want. Once you get this part number legally you are allowed to download the CM license for CUE from Cisco website.

To convert your licenses from CME mode to CM mode, use the following link.

Can you paste the output of "Show software licenses". Note that after a license upgrade you need to reboot the system. Try rebooting the box to see if that resolves the issue.
