Hi,
I have a request from one of my client to implement t an auto attendant in their location. The setup is running CUCME ver 7.1 and CUE ver 7.2.
Please see the attached file for the requested call flow.
My questions is about
1. the busy prompt when the operator is busy. – is this possible or not?
2. In the call flow there is a music followed by another form of busy message (i.e. like your extension is still busy) – is this possible or not?
I have no clue about this kind of setup. I would request your valuable suggestion on this.
