CUE Change Default Language

Hi All

We're running CUE 2.3 (Aim) with US Language. Can anyone tell me how I can change this to UK language?

I've downloaded UK language pack from cisco.com but it looks to me like I can't simply install the additional language and make that the default. Instead I must reinstall all the software on the module. Is this correct?
