CUE:Directly jump from Emergency Alternate Greeting to VoiceMail

Hi all,

I am in a very small company, sometimes we have a staff meeting during working time, nobody will take the incoming call.

I was just wondering if I could insert a EAG prompt to AA to tell the incoming call that we are all in the meeting, then give the caller a choice to press one button to leave a voice message?

I need your more help!  Cause the current AA is done by outsourcing company, I don't have experience programming AA.

After I read a few documents, to reach my goal, what I need to do are:

1. record a new altgreeting.wav file

2. In AA, add a new call subflow step, set "altgreeting.wav" in its property

But what are the next? I have no idea.

Considering you have no experience, I recommend you give the task to the outsourcing company, or other reputable expert.
