CUE GUI admin page not accessible

I am not able to access cue gui.

I've already configured it with appropiat settings.

i also tried this:

1. In CUE config mode - "crypto key generate rsa label gui modulus 1024"

2. reload

4. In CUE config mode - "web session security keyLabel gui"

3. enable TLS 1.0 in IE and Firefox

4. In browser address bar enter:  https:// <cue ip> OR http://<cue ip>:443

didnt work

I'm using IE version 10

I configured CUE  wit ip address  it's reachable from all other sites.

But its not  accessible from my local machine.

did i forgot something?

Make sure you have the following:

!

ip http server

no ip http secure-server

ip http path flash:/gui

!

in the telephony-service

web admin system name ....

dn-webedit

is it neccasry that i have to configure cme first before enabling cue gui.

I didnt knew that cue had to do something with cme.

I thougt it was independend

Hi,

From where you are trying to access youu CUE web page?

Are you able to ping that CUE IP address from the same device (from your PC / laptop) from where you are trying to access web page?

If you are not able to ping then add persistent route in your cmd prompt and try to access.

I see the problem i am not able to ping from my local laptop machine.

based on my site c router cue configuration

interface Service-Engine0/0

ip unnumbered Loopback1

service-module ip address 10.10.115.2 255.255.255.0

service-module ip default-gateway 10.10.115.1

i added this route in cmd.

route add 10.10.115.2 mask 255.255.255.0 10.10.115.1 -p

will this help because still not reachable

Add route as below

route add 10.10.115.2 mask 255.255.255.0 -p.

And then try to ping

Do you have UCCX installed?

If yes then you can open CUE from uccx.

You are not able to open from your latptop is just because of recheability problem. Try to add route and verify the same. It should work.

It worked!

Your the men....

i disabled my LAN connection, re-enabled it.

Now it works fine i can ping  and reach my CUE GUI
