Hi All,
when i click discovery in CCP it only discover CME but cannot discover CUE module. how do i intergrate CUE with CCP? Currently the CME is running. if i want to initialize CUE module. does it reformat CUE config and i need to configure again?

Changing call agent type does not delete configuration, however as good practice always keep configuration backups anyway.

You need to use the CLI to start initializing and configuring CUE.
All is described in the doumentation.

is'it possible i can copy and paste CUE config that i captured from CLI when i start initializing CUE module.

hi paolo,
when i discovery detail it show that CUE module is installed in CUCM call agent which is not supported. CUE features will be disable. so i go to call agent there. currently the CUE choose CUCM as call agent. do i need to change to CUCME as call agent? after choose CUCME as call agent it will auto delete CUE config and i need to reconfigure as well? any idea?
