Hi All,
I am having an issue with CUE and MWI not working. I have it setup but it's not working and I'm getting some odd errors in the debugs. It is NM-CUE 2.3.2 running on a 2811 with IOS 12.4.9T1. Config items:
dial-peer voice 100 voip
incoming called-number 1109[8,9].....
codec g711ulaw
no vad
ephone-dn 10
number 11099.....
mwi on
!
!
ephone-dn 11
number 11098.....
mwi off
!
!
msageunity01# sh ccn app | page
Name: ciscomwiapplication
Description: ciscomwiapplication
Script: setmwi.aef
ID number: 0
Enabled: yes
Maximum number of sessions: 8
CallControlGroupID: 0
strMWI_OFF_DN: 11098
strMWI_ON_DN: 11099
Attached is what I think is a relevant section of the CUE MWI trace logs.
Two things don't seem to be right.
1) SIP/2.0 404 Not Found
2) The Java exceptions can't be good
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Stephen

Here are the router's SIP Call Message tracing and SIP media debugs. Also in these is the 404 error.

I'd need to see the CUE (& CME) configs, but my guess is that you need to configure the sip subsystem gateway to 10.7.96.1 in CUE.
E.g. config t
ccn subsystem sip
gateway 10.7.96.1
end
end
wr
reload
Then after it comes up (I'm pretty sure a reload is needed.. might want to try it first before doing that), test it again.

I wish it were that simple. That part already setup. Is there something in CME I should be looking for?
msageunity01# sh ccn subsystem sip
SIP Gateway: 10.7.95.1
SIP Port Number: 5060
DTMF Relay: sip-notify,sub-notify
MWI Notification: outcall
Transfer Mode: bye-also
SIP RFC Compliance: Pre-RFC3261

The SIP trace makes it look like your extension is three digits long. However, your MWI numbers are trailed by five dots. Could you please send a "show run" including all of your dial peers?
