CUE MWI

Dear NetPro gurus,

I tried everything but couldn't get my MWI to work on CUE & CME integration.

CME itself: 10.69.254.30

CUE ISM card:  10.69.254.28

There are 4 unread Voicemail on the IP Phone, but MWI just won't work... (users can listen to message, just MWI has no light)

Re: CUE MWI

NB: Please ignore my earlier post:

Hi Hunt,

can you enable the ff: trace

trace ccn stacksip dbug

trace voicemail mwi all

You can then do a MWI refresh or do a new test call leave a message..after you are done

do a 'show trace buffer tail'

attach in a zip file and send the result here..

Re: CUE MWI

You can also try and use this ip address as your IP source-address in CME :10.69.254.30 instead of the one you have now..
