I have a CME and CUE setup. When an outside caller calls, their DTMF inputs are not recognized by the CUE.
I am attaching Copies of both configs.

Do you have a transcoder configured? CUE only supports g711ulaw and you must set the dtmf-relay type to rtp-nte. Make sure your inbound dial-peer has the correct dmtf-relay and if using different dtmf-relay configure a transcoder.

The transcoding worked great!!! I realized that I had the two prompts miss configured on the Auto Attenant. The Welcome must be a short blank, then the Business Open prompt should be the outgoing recording. A caller can not input digits while the Welcome prompt is playing.
Thanks for all your help.
