Can someone point me to a document that shows the exact format that a voicemail is stored in with CUE 3.x? I have a customer that is doing alot of audio mixing and they want to know this exact information.
I can tell you that a few of the guides I have been searching show the AutoAttendant prompts (part of CUE) ONLY can be in the following format. Other information I found states that CUE only can understand the following format:
The prompt format is CCITT G.711 u-law, 8kHz, 8-bit, Mono.
