CUEAC and CIPC

Hi All,

Good day! May we know if possible to use CIPC in Attendant Console?

Here is our scenario: We installed IP phone and Softphone for AC. When there is incoming calls we double click the callsthat appeared on the AC window. We want to answer this on our softphone, however, the calls always goes to IP phone. May we know how to change this?

CUEAC and CIPC

The extension you log onto with CUEAC cannot be a shared extension, so if you want to log onto a specific phone you need to ensure the extension only exists on that phone.

Thanks for the reply. May we know also if you have a documents that the CUEAC not supported shared lines and how to add another user or softphone in AC?

Shared Line Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to shared lines:

Do not use shared lines for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console pilot points or hunt group members. The phone that acts as the attendant console supports shared lines.

please not that this is not unuasual, and has everything to do with CTI control.  Cisco Agent desktop has the same limitation

May we know how we force the call to the softphone? Because it always go to the Hard phone.
