CUEAC caller ID issues

Hi,

The CUEAC 8.6.2.11 is integrated with CUCM 8.6.

These are the issues:

1) The external calls are directed to an AA in Unity. From AA, selecting 0 the calls are forwarded to the CUEAC queue (2 operators logged in at the same time). The caller ID on the Attendant Console client says: Internal XXXX (voicemail port number) but on the phone is the original caller ID name and number.

Display Original Calling Number on Transfer  from Cisco Unity is set to true; The transfer from Unity is not supervised; The registry key Direct Transfer on the operators computer is set to ALL.

This is the general behaviour for CUEAC? Unless is a direct transfer from the gateway no way of getting the original Caller ID on the AC client?

2) For all Internal Calls the caller ID is matched against the User Name existing in the Directory. We want to see the Display name configured in the DN page. The reason for this is that there are multiple users having the same extension in the End user configuration for Telephony Number. The phone is shared and we prefer to see the generic name configured for that extension.

Does any of you have a similar situation? Any solution?

We have  2000 users in the cluster and there are multiple groups in this situation (groups sharing the same phone)
