CUMA Import CA Response

Hello

I Have CUMA 7.1.3 server and I can try Import CA Response but I get this message error:

Public Keys in the reply and the certificate corresponding to this context do not match.

The Certificate I get of VerySing.

Any Idea for this message.

Did you change anything when you submitted your request to Verisign? It sounds like some details were changed from the time you created the CSR and then submitted it to Verisign.

In the server? or In the CRS ?

Because I change a Parameter of Call Control Server.

I Try to generate other CRS But When send to verisign Says that this is Created.

Any Way to Resolve this issue.

Ah, then it sounds like your issue is with Verisign. Contact their customer support. They are very helpful and will be able to guide you to a resolution.

I contact the verising support and says that my certificate is correct.

This is the procedure that I use to import CA REsponse and certificate

1.- Create the security context "CUMA_ENTER"

2.- Click On Manage context

3.- in the trusted certificate section click in import then copy & paste the Certificate thet verisign sent me.

4.- Click On Import CA replay and copy & paste the code of Intermediate CA Certificates that verising sent me.
