CUOM not able to discover CUCM capabilities

Hi,

Recently I had installed CUOM 2.1 for my customer and I had added devices manually.

All devices are in "Monitored" state and should be working fine, until I realize that no IP Phones are discovered and no devices are displayed in topology map of the Service Level View.

Then I go to IP Address Report to view details for all 3 CUCM and found out that the Device Capabilities are only "Media Server, Host, Voice and Telephony", I didn't see any CiscoCallManager which should be there, is there anything that I had miss out?

My customer is using:

CUCM version is 5.1.2.1000-11

- 1 publisher and 2 subscriber with SysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.585

CUOM version is 2.1

Anyway does anyone has any idea how to configure this?

"If the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration page has HTTPS enabled, make sure HTTPS is enabled on all AXL directories."

Appreciate if anyone can suggest me what to do, thanks in advance!

Under CCM select Cisco Unified CallManager Serviceability

From Tools -- > Control Center - Feature Services

In the section Performance and Monitoring Services ->

Activate the service Cisco CallManager SNMP Service

Now try to rediscover.
