I am getting this alert after every five minutes on the Cisco UOM and this critical
alert is pointing to the cisco Callmanager Publsiher (TFTP Server). but i can not see
anything on the cisco callmanager's event viewer that the phones are regstering to the
TFTP server after every 4 minutes.
I checked the alert on the on cisco UOM documentation but i can't understand it.
Here is the description of this Alert. What does it mean that hearbeat is below the
threshold value. Infact i stop the tftp server on the CallManager publsiher and on the
Cisco UOM but still the alerts are notifying through email after every 4 minutes. Could anybody tell me how to overcome with this alert or what this alert indicates.
