We are having an issue with CUPC 8.5 IM feature. On some of my users, they will be logged in with the upgraded client, and when an IM is sent to them, the sender receives a kickback message saying it could not be sent. However, the target user does receive the message and can then reply. further messages sent during the conversation do not kickback.
We are running CUCM v8.6 and CUP v8.0
Has anyone seen this issue? We haven't fully deployed CUPC 8.5. Some users are still using version 7. The issue seems to be isolated to where the receiving end of the IM is on the newest client.
