hi all
i am using cupc 8.5 and in the bottom i am unable to check 'use my desk phone for audio' also i have enable user for desk phone in cups. lines for both phones and cupc is associated with user. user is controlling both cupc and phone. on cupc show server health there is no error. am i missing something. i can control cipc using cupc.

Can you check that the 'Allow control from CTI' is check in
-- end user page
-- device configuration page
-- line configuration page
Primary line is selected in the end user page
User is a member of
'CTI enabled'
What IP Phone model are you trying to control ?
I detailed trouble report may help
