I have a CUP server 8 and CUCM 8.0.3, CUPC is 8.5.
The issue is that everything works fine in softphone mode but no video on Deskphone mode.
My deskphone is 6921 and is directly connected to the Phone, Firewall is off and Video is enabled in the Phone settings
Could you please try restarting the CDP service once.
