CUPC not able to add user

Hi all,

I have cups 6.0 ... i am trying to add contacts in cupc but im not able ... i have created end users in CUCM, its not integrated with AD via LDAP ..

can any body help me regarding this ???

What steps you have taken to add contacts?

There are many way to add contacts depending on your configuration.

You may add contacts from:

1) CUPS User Options page (http://ip-address-of-cups/ccmuser)

2) CUPC LDAP search results

3) CUPC "Contacts > Add New Contact > Create a New Contact" (local contacts)

None of them requires LDAP integration on CUCM.

#2 Above requires LDAP integration on CUPC (done through CUPS > Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator > LDAP Profile).

Thanks for your reply !!! I m trying to add contact from CUPC

First of all from CUPC im trying to search contact from search option then i want to add that contact !! now the issue is i cant search contact in CUPC neither i can add !!! i can add users from phone messenger service ... if i add users from phone messenger then its coming into CUPC but if i add users from CUPC i cant ???
