We are using CUPS 8.6 and CUCM 8.0, CUPC 8.5 .most of the users using CIPC instead of hard phone. After configuring CUPC(personal communicator) one user’s CUPC’s status and IP address showing unknown in CUCM device page. But she is able to login and chat ( When logged in also showing the same). We configured it as a desk phone mode even though she is using soft phone not hard phone. I checked device association, primary extension, line page user association, license capability assignment everything is configured. How I can resolve this registration issue ? do I have something missed in configuration? Can any one help me on this. Thanks.
