Customer Monitor in RTMT

Hi ...I am wondering if there is any documentation on how to create a customer monitor in RTMT to track the performance monitoring relating to SIP Stack --> RetryInvites...Any help would be arreciated.

RetryInvites is a performance monitoring counter under SIP stack.
