customize cisco 7940 ip phone logo or took exit softkey away?

dear sir,

Please refer to the picture attachment exit problems.jpg , everytime we made a phone call , we can't press on any numbering of softkey . We have to press on the softkey exit , then only we manage to press of numbering softkey for calling out. Please advise.

Your question is not Clear, however checking your Softkey Layout would be a good place to start with.

CCMAdmin->Device->Device Setting->Softkey Template->select the template you are using with that Phone then Click Softkey Layout.

Please give more detail on what s the problem, CCM version...etc.
