Customizing Background Image on Cisco 7945 IP Phone

Hi guys,

I am trying to pur our company logo as a background image of Cisco 7945 IP Phones. 

I already prepared the .png files ( full view and thumb nail) and list.xml file - attached.

However, when I am trying to copy the file from the tftp server to flash, it does not create the folder Desktops/320x212x12. It says folder does not exist, which i think it is correct. There is no Desktops/320x212x12 folder inside flash. How do I create a folder like that inside flash? or is it ok to not put the files insde that folder and edit the List.xml?

Please help.

Are you using  following command.

copy tftp flash:Desktops/320x212x12/

Destination filename [TN-FirstTechnologyLogo.PNG]? Desktops/320x212x12/TN-FirstTechnologyLogo.PNG

Accessing tftp://10.0.0.160/Desktops/320x212x12/TN-FirstTechnologyLogo.PNG...

Loading Desktops/320x212x12/TN-FirstTechnologyLogo.PNG from 10.0.0.160 (via GigabitEthernet0/0): !

Use following commnd to create the directory in flash

CME-CUE#mkdir flash:Desktops/320x212x12

First create the Desktops directory:

mkdir Desktops
Create directory filename [/Desktops]? 
Created dir flash0:/Desktops

and then the images directory:

mkdir Desktops/320x212x12
Create directory filename [/Desktops/320x212x12]?
Created dir flash0:/Desktops/320x212x12
