CUVA error

Dear NetPro gurus,

Has anyone see this before??

16:16:36 1 CNetAdapterUtil::StartIpPhoneSearch: ignore VPN or Virtual adapter with index 0!

And because of these errors, i can't see the video, only can hear audio.

Watch out for CSCsl08616 If 2 ethernet NIC enabled & active- CUVA cannot associate with IP Phone

To prevent this from impacting you make sure to run the latest version 2.2(1.7)

If after that this is still impacting you it may help to provide a bit more info about the versions you are running and a larger debug snippet. Also you may want to consult with this FAQ for the more common issues.

As per the attached screenshot, the customer is already using the latest version 2.2.1.7.

I am having the same issue.  Two network cards active and enabled.  One for my WiFi and one for AnyConnect VPN.

I am running CUVA version 2.2.2.0
