Hello!
Am running a UC520 box. Registered endpoints include CIPC and 7942 IP Phones. Cisco Unified Video Advantage is enabled for all the endpoints. Sometimes video shows but sometimes the calls are voice only. My client is getting frustrated because they say they need the video most of the times.
Any idea why this could be happening.
CIPC 7.0.2
CUCME 4.2
PC Windows 7
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.
Nowadays days the industry is all Windows 7.
Any idea as to when Windows 7 will be supported?

Hi
I dont think so it will be supported. Windows 7 will be certified for the next generation of CSF-based video clients (CUCI-MOC, CUCI-Connect, and CUPC 8.x)
If you are certifed partner, You can raise cisco PDI case to get the roadmap information. To open case at PDI go to cisco.com/go/pdihelpdesk. It is free service.

Hi!
So what other options do I have for running just voice and video controlled by UC500 boxes. Hope those will be supported by the older UC520.
