CUVA shows 7975 phone gray'ed out

CUVA Application Version and CDP Driver version 2.1 (0.6)

CUCM version 6.1.3-1000-16

7975 Phone F/W SCCP75.8-4-2S

I can see the Camera icon on the screen of the 7975 phone - no problem there.

The problem is intermittent.


1. Hard Phone icon in CUVA is gray'ed out

2. The grenn line always connects to the IP communicator even when IP communicator is not running on the PC

3. Unable to move the green line to the Hard phone, I guess because the phone icon is gray'ed out

No Firewall blocking or ACL blocked.

No Firewall on PC

Video Capability is Enabled in CUSCM

We have installed this on one Laptop only.

The CVTA is unable to see the IP Phone, looks like it is not getting CDP packets. Connect the PC to the PC port on the IP Phone and retry.

The PC is correctly connected to the PC port on the phone.

Anyway, I think I have resolved my problem. Disabled the Laptop's wireless interface and CTVA can now see the hard phone connected.
