Hello, I have a customer with CUCM Business edition 6000 BE6K, the have 200 users with CUWL business edition, the have bought it with UCSS but they havent renew it in the 30 days available for renewal, so now they want to upgrade from 8.6 to 9.1, and in the ordering guide (software upgrade part) there is only upgrade SKU for essential, basic, enhanced, enhanced plus, voicemail and telepresence, there isnt upgrade SKU for business edition.
so what are the steps for quote this kind of upgrade?
