CUWL PRO - UCCX IVR Port License

Hi,

I need how many CUWL PRO are needed to have a valid UCCX IVR Port License: I am not able to find documents on how to calculate how many licenses I should buy to cover 25 IVR ports.

Any help will be appreciated

You are correct, but the actual number of ports installed in a UCCX deployment is determined by the platform it is installed on.  See Chart 7 of this CISCO document

Peter,

The max number of ports is driven by the server type or OVA template, however the actual ports you will be licensed for depends on weather you have UCCX Standard, Enhanced or Premium.  With Standard and Enhanced you are licensed for the max ports, with Premium you get 2 ports per each agent seat.
