Daily call records from CUCM (7.1.3)

Hi All,

Help in this area would be much appreciated.

I have been asked to produce a daily report on the following:

Calls made / received to an extension

Call duration

Digits dialled

(and so on)

For more rebust call accounting reports you may want to explore 3rd party solutions, such as ISI, eCAS, and many others as the built in CMR has not changed since version 3.3 and is indaquate for customers requiring any reporting other than simple search.

We had a similar issue.  Basically, we dump the CDR data every hour.  Pull the data into SQL and then create reports.  I don't think it was easy but now that its in place we have a template.
