DARS not taking back up after 20%

Hi,

I am facing one issue, I am trying to take backup on the CUCM, after 20% its getting error. I am using Freetftp software for taking the backup of the CUCM. I configured TFTP on different PC. Then also i m facing same problem.

If any having any idea on this error pls revert it back to me.

which cucm version?

other sftp same issue?

try minicoreftp

you already restart DRS services?

can u upload DRS logs?

With version 7 and later I was no longer able to get mini or regular core FTP server to work. I had to go to OpenSSH on Cygwin per TAC support.

Restart of master and local DRS agents required after each time DRS locks up.

Thanks for ur replay,

this issue related to database size exceeded, we are strucking the DB level, as per cisco bug documentation FreeTFTPD will not work with more file size (0.99GB).

We compressed the data size (CDR)after that successfully we taken that backup.
