database is down in CCMPub and Sub ver 6.1.2

after changing IP address for both server, I'm unable to start the database ...dbreplication does not start it....suggestions please

Have you changed it first in the User pages- Server, Call Manager Server etc. You need to change the IP address first here if you use IP addressing and not host names. Also do not forget the URL reference in CUCM for Mobility, Directories etc, DHCP Option 150 once it comes up
