Database problem on CUCM 9

Hi, guys,

I have a problem editing / updating configuration on CUCM 9,

Everytime I try to update a config, a DN parameter for instance, I get this error:

Update failed. java.sql.SQLException: User Defined Routine (re_compare256) execution failed.

Can you, guys, please tell me what can I do to resolve this problem ??

Does this problem occurs on all configuration options of CUCM?

Does this problem occurs on both Pub and Sub?

We could resolve the issue by restarting the CUCM publisher

to resolve this issue. , restart   "A Cisco DB" and "Cisco Tomcat" services on the publisher .    in my case it was  CUCM 11.5.
