I have an incoming T1(phone lines) and analog module for DID calls to a fax server.
The issue i am having is some faxes are missing pages and when speaking to a rep from the fax server he asked if the analog module is sending the signal at a -6dB level.
Phone service comes in the system as digital (t1) and then the analog module converts that signal into an analog signal. How can i check the hardware of the analog module to see what signal frequency it is using and if its not -6dB - How can i change it.
