DB walker orphaned Subscribers

I recently ran DBwalker and found an issue in Unity with several old subscribers.  All the subscribers listed in the DBwalker report are old employees and have been deleted from the system.

To remove those orphaned entries in the “Global subscriber table” I checked off "Check for orphaned entries in the Global Subscriber table" & "Remove orphaned Global Subscriber table automatically" in Optional Checks (Pls see the first screen shot).

But after it was run again it didn't delete those subscribers , I was wondering should I check off "Add missing local subscriber entries into the GLobal Subscriber Table" in 'Automatic Repairs' (Pls see second screen shot) to move local subscribers into the Global Subscriber table and then remove "Orphaned Global Subscriber table"

Any help would be much appreciated.

Running dbWalker version:4.0.61

Local Unity Version=8.0(3.1)
