This option on CallManager is available by Default. When you hit the Directories Button, you should see an Option called Corporate Directory. This would let you search within the DC Directory

Hi Sai,

Here is some related info to add to the good response from Mahesh;

The DC Directory is built-in but you must add the Users for them to be searchable via the Directories Button.

Generally, completing user information remains optional; the devices function regardless whether you complete this information. However, Directory Services, Cisco CallManager Attendant Console, Cisco IPMA, Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility, and the Cisco IP Phone User Options windows also access information that you enter here. If you want to provide these features to your users, you must complete the information in the User Information window for all users and their directory numbers

The Global Directory for Cisco CallManager contains every user within a Cisco CallManager directory. Cisco CallManager uses Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to interface with a directory that contains user information. Cisco supports this embedded directory with Cisco CallManager. Maintaining the associations of devices with users describes its primary purpose.
