DC Directory Manager Password Recovery

I'm hopin someone can give me a hand as we've banged our head against the wall a few times now after attempting the DC Manager regedit/password recreate procedure 4 or 5 times with no success. We're working on a CM 4.2 server and just aren't having any luck. Can anyone out there decrypt for me?

Also if you are looking at a way of acquiring the passwords / pins information for the upgrade of CCM4 to something bigger its probably worth having a look at dominocomms.com, they have an applicaiton available that can help (saved our upgrade about 20 mans days so well worth it)
