debug 7900 phone registration on CUCM 11.5

I have 7900 series phones that are not registering with CUCM even though they were able to upgrade their firmware from the same server.  The fact that they upgraded firmware leads me to believe that basic connectivity is fine.  I did factory reset of the phones and nothing changed.  The phones are running SCCP and are manually setup on the server with MAC addresses double-checked.  I downloaded some trace files for cm and tftp but I don't really see any errors there either.  Maybe I need to look at other trace files but there are soo many!  What is the best way to troubleshoot and/or debug this?  Thanks

At what message the phone is stuck. Also can you upload the trace file here along with the mac address of test phone

The phone is stuck on blank screen with incorrect data and time.  It cycles between "registering" and "configuring ip". In the status is shows it downloaded the config file and it shows the correct CM IP.

Which is the best trace to upload?
