Decentralized Management in CUCM

Is it possible to create users in CUCM that can manage only specific route patterns? If I have a company with decentralized management teams, how can these teams manage their own route patterns if there is only one CUCM cluster?

Not natively in the CCMAdmin interface.  You would either need to develop your own provisioning tool and leverage the AXL/SOAP API to submit configurations to the CUCM cluster or you would need to look at a provisioning tool that facilitates this type of administrative separation.  I don't have any such 3rd party tools in mind that I can recommend.
