Is it possible to configure a phone to default back to the main line (LINE 1) after completing a call?
We just implemented this system and out current setup we have is an Intercom line (Line 2 - No Outside calls) and their normal line (Line 1 - Outside Calls Permitted). The only issue is the users go to make a call and even they are starting to remember, it is an annoying issue that they would have to select Line 1 first before they are able to call out.
Also another quick scenario is the assistants are making calls out on the attorney's line after they have answered a call earlier. In this instance, it would be Line 2, Line 3 and Line 4 to default back to Line 1 after a completed call.
