Hi All,

When we call somebody or receive a call (all calls internal and external) than the first 1-2 seconds are quiet and we or the other person does not hear the salutation i.e. "Hello"

Please let me know the cause of such issue.

When you take the phone off-hook do you have dely in dial-tone?

somtimes we feel that. issue is with both incoming as well as outgoing call.

Yes, we do have.

Because delay dialtone points to a QoS problem.

Something change on the network, like configuration or ISP side they make any changes?

Other thing what is the RTT between the IP Phones and the CUCM?

-what are the phone models you use and the firmware on them?

-Is this callmanager or CME and also the version?
