Dear All,
I am running call manager 9.1.
The issue is that when any user calls any internal extension it takes around 8 to 10 seconds to place the call.
Can you please guide me what could be the issue and how we can fix it.

You see the same issue while re-dialing the same number from the phones (does it takes 8 to 10 secs to established the call).

Most likely overlapping in your dial plan,have you already checked that??

You can use "Call Routing" -->> "Route Plan Report" to verify overlapping dialplan as suggested by Jaime (+5 P)
