We have call manager 8.0 and different kind of cisco phones such as 7941, 7942, 7961, etc connected to our subscriber. At random times on both internal and external calls, when a call comes in we answer the phone and say "Hello" and nothing. About 3-4 seconds later, the call actually connects and then you can hear the caller and vice versa. We have 9.3.1 firmware on our phones. This issue is only happening on our site the other site that has phones connected to another subscriber seems to not experiencing this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
